Bear Lake

We had a lot of fun at Bear Lake this weekend.  We went with the Thorson family as a tradition over or near the 4th of July.  Above, there was a good game of 500 this year.

We try to make a cool sand sculpture every year.  This year Grant came up with the idea to sew a tarp into a tube so we could make a tall sand sculpture.  We determined it would be a lighthouse but it all came crashing down before we got done.  Below Carson and his cousins Corbett and Coleman are on top before it fell...

After it fell we still tried to salvage it but eventually the lighthouse split and we never came up with a real sculpture this year.
