backpacking in the uintas

Over the 24th we went on a backpacking trip to the uintas up to where you go to king's peak but we didn't go to the top this time. Natalie, Sam, Payton, Joe, Cody, Donna, Corbett, Boyd, and Jay came. We hiked 8 miles to camp and then it started raining and rained off and on the whole time with some thunder, lightning, and hail. Boyd hiked to the top in the morning while the rest of us hiked out in rain and mud. This is me drinking hot chocolate and freezing cold. i think i had my hood on the whole time from when it started raining.
